Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Apply4Study. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or any associated services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Apply4Study, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on our platform.

2. User Accounts

To access specific features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Public registration is for adults who confirm they are 18 or older. A parent or guardian must create a separate learner account for anyone under 18. New learner accounts remain inactive until an administrator completes a manual guardian-consent review. Parents or guardians are responsible for keeping the learner’s login details private and for managing the linked learner account through the parent dashboard.

3. Payment & Subscription

Apply4Study offers digital learning plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize the payment through Razorpay for the price displayed at checkout. The plan duration and included access are those shown for the selected plan.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund requests are processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Plan access expires at the end of its stated validity period and is not automatically renewed. You can choose an eligible renewal or upgrade when available.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and digital assets on Apply4Study remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content without prior consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apply4Study is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure platform accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of Apply4Study after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
